All international orders from EasyCarParts.ie are shipped via DPD Europe Road Delivery Service, providing fast and reliable delivery across Europe. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Customers are responsible for paying any such charges directly to their local authorities. EasyCarParts.ie is not liable for delays or costs caused by customs inspections or regulations.
Standard delivery rates apply for parcels within DPD’s maximum weight and size limits. Oversized or heavy parcels may incur additional shipping fees. If this applies, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm any extra cost.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Tracking information is sent once your parcel is shipped. Delivery operates Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
We currently deliver to the countries listed above. Deliveries to remote or island locations may take longer or incur extra charges. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
If your parcel is damaged or lost in transit, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. A claim will be opened with DPD, and the resolution process may take up to 14 working days.
Returns are accepted for unused and undamaged items in their original packaging. Return shipping costs from outside Ireland are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error. Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
