Delivery Terms and Conditions for EasyCarParts.ie

1. Delivery Timeframe (Ireland):
   - Orders are generally delivered within 5–10 working days after receipt of payment.
   - Order processing begins the day after payment is received, adding 1 working day to the delivery service.
   - For orders placed on non-working days (Saturday or Sunday), No delivery on bank holidays; please allow an additional working day for delivery.

2. Delivery Costs (Ireland):
   - Orders below €50.00 will incur a delivery charge of €10.00.
   - Orders over €50.00 qualify for free delivery within the Republic of Ireland.

3. Parcel Weight Limitations:
   - Each standard box has a maximum weight based on its size.
   - Packages exceeding this limit or not fitting into a standard box are classified as oversized.
   - Heavy packages may be shipped in multiple boxes or special packaging to ensure safe transit.

4. Extra Charges for Oversized Cargo:
   - Some parts are considered oversized and may incur additional delivery charges.
   - Oversized items include (for example): racing exhaust pipes, manifolds, batteries, catalytic converters, mufflers, thresholds, wings, spoilers, fuel tanks, tow bars, front panels, bonnets, insulation panels, and bumpers.

5. Bulk Orders:
   - Orders including 5 or more of the same product may require additional review and approval.
   - EasyCarParts.ie reserves the right to limit or reject orders intended for resale.
   - Bulk orders may require extended processing and may have special delivery rates, confirmed during order processing.


International Delivery – Europe

All international orders from EasyCarParts.ie are shipped via DPD Europe Road Delivery Service, providing fast and reliable delivery across Europe. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only (excluding weekends and public holidays).

   - For non-EU destinations, local customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply.
   - Customers are responsible for any such charges imposed by their local authorities.
   - EasyCarParts.ie is not liable for delays or costs caused by customs inspections.

Weight, Size & Additional Charges:
   - Standard rates apply to parcels within DPD’s size and weight limits.
   - Oversized or heavy parcels may incur additional charges, confirmed before dispatch.

Order Processing & Tracking:
   - Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
   - Tracking information is provided once your parcel has been dispatched.
   - Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only.

Delivery Restrictions:
   - Deliveries are available to the countries listed above.
   - Remote or island areas may require extra time or incur additional charges.
   - We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

Damaged or Lost Parcels:
   - If your parcel is lost or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
   - Claims with DPD may take up to 14 working days for investigation and resolution.

Returns for International Orders:
   - Returns are accepted for unused and undamaged items in their original packaging.
   - Return shipping costs from outside Ireland are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
   - Refunds are issued once the returned goods are received and inspected.
